What we collect
Workers: name, photo, date of birth, location, work details, expected salary, previous jobs and referees, phone numbers, and an ID number and ID photo. Employers: name, phone number, payments made.
What is public
Worker profiles (first name and initial, photo, age, area, work details, previous jobs, reviews) are visible to anyone. Phone numbers, WhatsApp and referees' phone numbers are shown only to employers who have paid. ID numbers and ID photos are never shown to employers - only our team sees them, to approve profiles and investigate fraud. We do not collect ethnicity or tribe.
Why
To connect workers and employers, with the worker's consent given when she publishes her profile; to confirm payments; and to keep the platform safe.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you may access, correct or delete your data. Workers can delete their profile from their dashboard at any time. Contact us for anything else.
